Hello! I'm Nathan Lee, a freshman at UC Davis majoring in environmental policy, analysis, and planning with a minor in English. As an active leader in various student organizations and a tutor for both AP Chemistry and Honors American Literature, I’ve had the opportunity to guide students in their educational ventures and foster a nurturing learning environment. Through my roles as a mentoring attorney for Monta Vista High School Mock Trial and a captain of the swim team, I’ve learned how to teach and communicate with patience, integrity, and perseverance. In school, I’ve taken rigorous coursework in subjects I’m passionate about, like chemistry, biology, government, and literature. I also have experience with standardized testing; I earned a 1560 on the SAT, along with 5s on the AP Chemistry, Biology, US Government, Chinese, and English Language and Composition exams. In addition, I’ve gained extensive knowledge of revising both school and college essays through my role as an English tutor.
