Hey there! My name is Niha Alapati and I'm currently a senior at Dougherty Valley High School. Dougherty is an extremely competitive high school that forced me to learn effective study strategies that I'd love to share. I tutor in Math, Science, and English for all elementary and middle school subjects. As a high school student I've aced many classes ranging AP Biology, AP Psychology, Honors Anatomy and Physiology, and Honors Spanish 4. Apart from academics I volunteer at a local hospice center, started my own club to help provide underprivileged children with healthcare, am a member of several clubs, enjoy art, and love writing.Additionally I've tutored students before and therefore know how to reach students and structure study plans. I want to be a tutor here because as a student I was always desperately looking for someone who could guide me, yet was never able to find a tutor who could explain material in a way that reached me. Having been in the shoes of a student I know exactly how to present the material in an approachable way. I'm super excited to share my knowledge and help a student reach their full potential!
