Hello, My name is Ankita Biyani. I am currently a freshman at UC Berkeley. When I was in high-school, navigating the college-application process was overwhelming. Therefore, I understand what other students may be going through and can share tips I learned to make the process easier. I can help with building college-apps and reviewing college-essays, but would like to add a disclaimer that I cannot guarantee admission and I am not affiliated with any university as an admissions officer or reader. Furthermore, I offer tutoring services in several high-school courses. I have persistently worked hard in several courses in high-school such as Biology, Chemistry, Math, Spanish, English, Art, and Music. For context, I received a Purple and Gold Award in Biology from my school for my passion to go beyond and apply what I learn. During tutorials, I have explained many difficult concepts to those who do not understand or are confused. Furthermore, I have completed Spanish-3. Spanish-3 can be a little challenging when it comes to verbal assessments or assignments, so having a head-start on the material is always helpful! I can also help students in Spanish-1, or Spanish-2. In addition, I am very fond of Math as it is applicable everywhere inlife. I have always worked hard in my math classes and received good grades due to my drive to learn. I can help with Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, and Algebra 2, and Pre-calculus. I have also taken art classes to expand on creativity. I learned a variety of techniques, and skills such as types of shading, and still-life paintings. I have been playing the piano for the last 10+ years, and have participated in many recitals and competitions. I have experience teaching kids from elementary and middle schools.
