Hi! My name is Ananya, and I'm currently a freshman at the University of Washington majoring in neuroscience. As someone who has been a tutor for the past four years, I have developed a way of teaching in a compassionate, patient, and nurturing manner to make sure that not only the students’ skills are developed, but also so that their confidence is boosted. I have experience in tutoring kids from ages 4 to 16. I have also tutored through various non-profits such as Learn in Shelter, but I have also tutored through paid websites such as Wyzant accumulating over 70 five-star ratings. I am highly experienced in areas of math leading up to pre-calc, and my strongest suite has always been Algebra. I am also a great writer and have won numerous poetry competitions. I hope to pass on values of patience and my love for learning to my students, as I think that these qualities are vital to success in life. I offer services in clarifying/teaching concepts, reviewing homework, and prepping for exams.
